Marmalade was founded by Louise Beale – a TV correspondent who has worked at Sky News, ITV News, Channel 4 News, had her own show on Bloomberg TV and can currently be seen on Channel 5 News. She’s covered global news stories from the death of The Queen to the Covid Pandemic to Brexit and has interviewed everyone from Sir Keir Starmer & Boris Johnson to Usain Bolt & Hugh Jackman.

Louise is seasoned event host and panel moderator helping her clients set the right tone and energy for their events and making sure the most important questions are asked and answered.

Louise is also a public speaking coach.  She works with everyone from leaders of the world’s largest industries to the next generation coming up behind them. Louise is passionate about helping everyone communicate with confidence. Why? 

Because she often sees people – at all levels – struggling to land their message, hold a room or appear comfortable in the spotlight.  Louise uses what she’s learnt from a career in broadcasting and being on stage herself to help her clients transform into trusted, influential, inspirational speakers who are leaders in their field.
